자기 딸을 장기간 강간한 혐의를 받고 있는 요제프 F.란 이름의 70대 오스트리아 남성이 2009년 3월 16일 오스트리아 장크트 푈텐의 주(州) 법원에 재판을 받기위해 처음으로 출정하며 파일철로 얼굴을 가리고 있다. 올해 73세인 그는 딸 엘리자베트를 암슈테텐에 있는 창문도 없는 자기집 지하실에 24년간 가두고 수천번 강간한 혐의를 받고 있다. 딸은 7명의 아기를 낳았으며 이들중 6명은 살아있다. 요제프 F.는 또한 지하실에서 죽은 아기 1명의 사망과 관련, 아무런 의학적 도움도 없는 방치에 의한 살인 혐의도 받고 있다(APA/EPA=연합뉴스).(hcs). through the withholding of aid, with regard to the baby that died in the cellar without being granted medical assistance.
